典藏燕盏 · One nest, one bottle. A whole cup-shaped nest, gently double-boiled and sealed intact, every strand still distinct — the couture piece of our bottled line.
Unlike our long strand, shattered and fractured sets, nothing here is broken down. The nest goes into the bottle whole and comes out whole, which is why it reads as a gift rather than a daily drink.
White Bird's Nest 白燕盏 — strands bright and translucent, the cup still perfectly formed after stewing. For entertaining and for giving.
Red Bird's Nest 红燕盏 — natural red tones drawn from the mineral cave walls, a rounder and deeper flavour. Limited production.
Each bottle: 315 ml · 30 g of nest
Ingredients: bird's nest, water, rock sugar, fresh pandan leaf.
Shelf life & storage: sealed and heat-sterilised in the bottle — keeps 12 months unopened, no refrigeration needed. Once opened, keep in the fridge and finish within 3 days. Serve chilled, or warm by standing the bottle in hot water.
