We pack every JUMAMA order carefully by hand so it reaches you in perfect condition. Here is how delivery works.
Dry and bottled bird's nest: anywhere in Thailand
- ฿200 flat rate per order, to every province in Thailand
- Free shipping on orders of ฿10,000 or more
We usually pack and send orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are sent on the next working day. Once your parcel is on its way, we will send you the tracking number.
Freshly stewed bird's nest: Bangkok only
- ฿100 chilled delivery within Bangkok
- Free delivery on freshly stewed orders of ฿1,500 or more
Freshly stewed bird's nest is cooked to order and delivered chilled by messenger, so we can only deliver it to addresses in Bangkok. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives and enjoy it within 3 days.
If you order freshly stewed bird's nest together with dry or bottled items, they are sent separately, so each has its own delivery fee. The total is shown at checkout before you pay.
Orders from outside Thailand
Our online store delivers within Thailand only. If you live overseas and would like to order, please message us on LINE and we will let you know if we can help.
Your delivery address
Please check your address and phone number carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we can send it again, but the extra delivery cost is paid by the customer.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (the same day for freshly stewed orders) with photos and an uncut unboxing video. See our Refund Policy for full details.
