Freshly Stewed Bird's Nest — Build Your Own
Our original rock-sugar stew, made fresh to order in the Yaowarat kitchen (about 45 minutes). Choose your nest colour, your cut, and the base it is stewed in.
Nest cut — Shattered ฿200 (Jumama Original base only) · Fractured ฿300 · Long Strand ฿500 · Whole Nest ฿1,000.
Stew base — Original rock sugar, or +฿80 for Fresh Milk, Coconut Milk, Soy Milk, Ginger, Almond Milk or Chen Pi (aged tangerine peel); +฿100 for Heng Yin (Cantonese apricot kernel tea).

Bangkok delivery only — delivered hot, best enjoyed the same day.
Storage: enjoy it hot or cold. With a milk base (fresh, coconut, soy or almond milk), please finish it within the day and keep it in the fridge until you eat it. Other bases keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Allergy note: the Fresh Milk base contains milk, the Soy Milk base contains soy, the Almond Milk base contains nuts, and the Heng Yin base contains apricot kernel. Made in our kitchen, which also handles egg, nuts, soy, milk, mango and crab.
